ADR Team Lead, NEMEA – Player-Coach & Pipeline Leader

Kong is seeking an ADR Team Lead to support the NEMEA region (UK, Benelux, Nordics). This player-coach role carries personal pipeline targets while actively developing the team, especially newer ADRs. You will report to the Senior Manager for NEMEA and shape how the team operates, not just run it solo.

You’ll sharpen processes and tooling, coach peers, and ensure ramp-up speed for new reps. Strong data-driven mindset and direct, solution-focused communication are essential.
