Children’s Home Team Leader

Acorn Homes in Canterbury is seeking a Team Leader to supervise a team of Support Workers and ensure a person-centred care service for young people. The role requires previous experience in a children’s home, strong communication, and the ability to lead shifts and develop staff.

The package includes a salary of £35,360 per annum (£14.50 per hour) with two sleep shifts per week at £50 per sleep, plus a range of benefits and opportunities to progress within an expanding company.
