Student Success Coach — Construction FE

Solihull College & University Centre is seeking a Personal Development Coach to work within the School of Construction on our Woodlands Campus. The role is 37 hours per week, 38 weeks term time, and focuses on one-to-one coaching and delivering Personal Progress and Development (PPD) sessions to groups.

You will set and review targets to improve attendance, progress and behaviour, and you should be skilled in coaching young people to succeed with strong communication skills.
