Document Controller: Procore & Project Governance Lead

Lanesra Technical Recruitment Ltd based in Oxfordshire is seeking a dedicated Document Controller to manage and coordinate project documentation. You will ensure accurate distribution, naming, uploading and version control across projects, and support the creation of O&M manuals.

You will lead the setup and maintenance of Procore, liaise with site personnel and Project Managers to gather necessary documents, maintain metadata, and ensure efficient archiving and retrieval for future handovers.
