VP, Legal Counsel – Markets (Fixed-Term, Hybrid, London)

Santander Corporate & Investment Banking in London seeks a Vice President – Legal Counsel to support its Global Markets division on a fixed-term basis.

The role covers drafting and negotiating ISDA/GMRA contracts, master trading agreements, and collateral arrangements, while embedding UK financial regulations into product documents and advising the trading floor on legal risk.

Hybrid working: at least 3 days in the London office.
