Parking Appeals & Correspondence Officer (Hybrid)

London Borough of Newham is seeking a Correspondence & Appeals Officer to join the Parking Services team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. You will handle PCN enquiries and representations with accuracy and timeliness.

Hybrid working arrangements apply, with one or two days in the office; you will prepare case summaries and evidence packs for adjudication hearings and contribute to delivering high-quality customer service within statutory frameworks.
