Apprentice Chef de Partie – Paid Training & Perks

Fuller’s is offering a Chef de Partie Apprenticeship across the South of England. You will study one day per week at a partner college and work four days in selected pubs/hotels while mentored by Head Chefs to progress your skills to the next level.

We seek candidates with NVQ Level 2 Cookery or equivalent, at least two years of relevant kitchen experience, and a proactive, team‑oriented mentality. Salary will be aligned with apprenticeship pay scales.
