Hedgehog Lab is seeking an Agentic Solutions Engineer to lead the earliest, most open stage of client engagements. You’ll be the first engineer on a new project, defining architecture and technology choices with direct client input.

This role blends hands-on delivery with shaping engineering practices across teams, in a flexible working environment. You’ll work with AI tooling and production-ready patterns, collaborating with clients from day one.
