Site Engineering Manager – Reliability, Projects & Safety

James Walker is seeking an experienced Site Engineering Manager to lead the engineering and maintenance function across the site, ensuring safe, reliable operation of manufacturing equipment, utilities and infrastructure.

The role focuses on developing the engineering team, delivering maintenance strategies, improving equipment reliability and managing projects and expenditure. Electrical or multidisciplinary engineering leadership is preferred.
