Lead Operative: Line Leader & Process Improvement

Fenmarc is seeking a Lead Operative to own a packing station, run the line, and ensure quality and safety on shift. You’ll perform basic machinery checks, complete accurate paperwork, and keep the team aligned with the production schedule.
