Consultant to Senior Consultant- Major Programmes – Project, Programme and Product Delivery, Defence & Security

Overview

In this role, you contribute to complex, technology-enabled transformation programmes for defence and security clients. You’ll join a multidisciplinary Human Capital team delivering governance, delivery design, and practical outputs that support national security initiatives. You will collaborate with clients and colleagues, taking ownership of defined tasks and gradually handling broader deliverables. The position offers hybrid working and opportunities to build broad capability in programme delivery and technology-enabled change.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver complex engagements with guidance from senior colleagues
• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to understand delivery challenges
• Contribute high-quality outputs and ideas across engagement workstreams
• Possibly own broader deliverables or coordinate specific activities as capability grows
• Develop skills in programme delivery, client engagement, and technology-enabled transformation using Deloitte methods and tools
• Support alignment of projects with operating models, workforce transformation, and digital capability initiatives
• Work on defence, security and justice programmes across the South and South West of England

Key requirements

• UK security clearance at least SC (minimum)
