Senior QS & Project Lead – Residential Design & Build

The role blends senior commercial management with project leadership on projects ranging from £5m to £100m, delivering strong CVR, procurement and final accounts discipline.

You will oversee budgets, forecasting, cash flow, subcontract procurement and client relationships, driving project performance from pre-construction to final account.
