Rail Quantity Surveyor & Commercial Manager (NEC)

New Step Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to join on a London project, either in our client’s London office or on-site at railway sites. You will bring rail-specific NEC contract experience to the delivery teams.

You will handle pre- and post-contract QS duties, cost variation assessments and commercial audits, with line supervision for junior QSs and a clear independent view to the Head of Commercial.
