As an Operational Nurse Team Leader, you will lead a plasma collection team that helps save and improve lives across the UK. You will play a vital role in ensuring safe, high-quality plasma collection while creating an outstanding experience for donors. Leading by example, you will provide clinical expertise, support and develop colleagues, and help maintain the highest standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
