Sussex Community is seeking aProperty Manager to oversee the Trust’s property portfolio, negotiate leases and renewals, and manage service charges. The role will coordinate site searches, acquisitions, disposals, and space allocations to support healthcare teams.
The post holder will ensure compliance with NHS policies, RICS best practices, and the Trust’s estate strategy, engaging with NHS partners and other stakeholders.
