Autonomous Site Manager – Education Project, Newcastle

Elvet Recruitment Limited is supporting a Newcastle-based education project with an experienced Freelance Site Manager taking ownership of day-to-day site delivery over a 3-month period.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain the programme, lead inductions and RAMS, and ensure HSE compliance, quality checks and accurate site documentation while liaising with the Project Manager, client reps and design team.
