A fantastic opportunity for a senior Legal PA to support a highly regarded Senior Partner within the Corporate/Tech M&A team of a leading international law firm.

The role:

• Salary up to £60,000
• 50% hybrid working
• 9:30am-5:30pm
• Support a senior Partner with an international client base
• Complex diary and international travel management across multiple time zones
• High-level email and inbox management
• Billing, finance and client onboarding
• Business development, pitches and presentations
• Liaising with clients and international offices
• Opportunity to become a trusted and valued member of the Partner’s team

About you:

• Strong Legal PA experience supporting Partners or senior leadership
• Ideally from a large law firm Corporate/M&A environment
• Confident managing complex diaries and international travel
• Strong financial administration and billing experience
• Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A personable, positive and adaptable approach

This is a high-profile, relationship-led role offering the opportunity to work closely with a senior Partner and take real ownership of the support function.
