HSE Manager – Manufacturing (Remote/On-site)

Cooper Lomaz Recruitment Services Ltd is recruiting an experienced Health & Safety Lead / Manager for a manufacturing operation in Norfolk. The role is hands-on, with responsibility for HSE standards across the site and driving safety culture across operations.

You’ll work with the MD, SLT and shop floor teams to ensure compliance, lead investigations, audits and improvement initiatives, and develop training and safe working practices across 24/7 operations.
