AI-Powered Collections Analyst (London Hybrid)

Carmoola in London is hiring an analytical, commercially-minded Collections Analyst to shape how we support customers who fall behind. You’ll own the numbers behind our Collections function, turning data into actionable insights with a suite of embedded AI tools to speed analysis.

This role is hybrid, with at least 2 days a week in the office, and focuses on analysing performance, forecasting arrears, and testing strategies while keeping FCA CONC guidance and Consumer Duty front of mind.
