Senior Health & Safety Advisor – Hybrid Site Lead

Principal People is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to lead on construction safety across the South West with a hybrid working model (home to site four days, one day at home). You will influence safety across multiple projects and report to the Head of Health & Safety.

The role requires strong communication, practical safety leadership, and NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate. A NEBOSH Diploma is desirable, plus a full UK driving licence.
