Deputy Manager – Children’s Home (Therapeutic Care)

Portman Recruitment is representing a four-bed EBD children’s home in Corby seeking a Deputy Manager to join the leadership team. You will support the Registered Manager with day-to-day running, ensuring a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment for children and young people.

The role requires leading shifts, safeguarding expertise, and driving development towards a Level 5 leadership qualification with progression to Registered Manager. A full UK driving licence is essential.
