Advanced Practitioner – Hospital at Home (Acute Care)

The Hospital at Home (H@H) service covering Oban and Lorn is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to lead assessment and management of acute and complex patients in a multidisciplinary team. The role provides high level decision making and clinical care at home, with a 1.0 WTE allocation across seven days. This fixed‑term post runs until December 2026.
