Patsnap is seeking a proactive IT Support Analyst to be the go‑to IT expert for our London office, supporting around 150 colleagues in London and remote staff across the UK, Europe and APAC. You will manage Microsoft 365, Intune, devices and security, with a hands‑on approach to ensure productive, secure workdays.

Reporting to the IT Manager, you’ll own onboarding/offboarding, access management, IT assets, and office tech.
