Universal Credit Housing Support Specialist

Excelcare Holdings Ltd is seeking a proactive DWP Universal Credit Support Officer to assist residents with Universal Credit and housing-related benefits. You will help with applications, housing cost claims, rent assessments and liaising with DWP and other agencies to ensure residents receive correct entitlements.

You will document cases, manage a caseload, and advocate for residents to ensure fair outcomes while supporting housing stability and wellbeing within a supportive team.
