PALS Facilitator & Patient Support Specialist

Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust in Redhill is seeking a PAL’S function role to support the visiting public, patients and families. You will provide case management for less complex complaints and ensure all elements of the complaint are addressed in the formal response.

You will also produce regular reporting of key metrics in line with governance frameworks to support the complaints and PALS manager, with access to training and development opportunities within a values-driven workplace.
