RGN Deputy Manager – Lead Care Home Team

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Deputy Manager – RGN to join Darwin Court Care Home in Lichfield. You will support the General Manager to run a compliant, person-centred care home that provides a safe, caring and stimulating environment for residents and visitors.

The role requires a current NMC PIN and nursing qualification, with at least two years in a similar management position, plus strong leadership and IT skills.
