Senior Commercial Manager – Retail Growth (Home-Based)

Proper Cornish, a leading UK pastry brand based in Bodmin, is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager – Retail to shape growth across major retail accounts. You will own senior customer relationships, drive profitability and identify new opportunities with cross‑functional teams.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will manage budgets, negotiate terms and collaborate with Supply Chain, NPD and R&D to deliver customer requirements across the group portfolio. Occasional European travel is expected.
