Deals Tax Senior Manager, Financial Services (UK)

PwC in the UK is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Banking & Capital Markets tax sub-team. You will deliver bespoke tax advice across deal due diligence, structuring and corporate reorganisations, whilst staying abreast of UK and global tax developments.

You will lead and mentor a high‑performing team, work with Partners and Directors, and leverage AI tools to enhance client delivery. A strong background in M&A tax within financial services is essential.
