Head of Conveyancing — Lead & Grow Team

TSR Legal are supporting a well‑established Birmingham law firm with a newly created Head of Conveyancing opportunity. This confidential appointment requires a senior conveyancing leader to take responsibility for the function’s strategic direction, quality, compliance and commercial performance.

You will oversee the conveyancing department, manage workflows and personnel, mentor fee earners, drive client service, monitor KPIs and collaborate with senior management to grow the offering.
