Site-Specific Design Engineering Manager – Hybrid Lead

Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking an Engineering Manager (Area Lead) to coordinate site-specific design across a defined area, reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, aligning customer site requirements with the Rolls-Royce SMR programme to deliver integrated designs.

The role requires chartered status or equivalent, an engineering degree, and proven senior leadership in complex engineering projects.
