Assistant Site Manager – Benwell, Newcastle

Location: Benwell, Newcastle

Pay Rate: £20.00-£22.00 per hour

Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a key client for an Assistant Site Manager.

The successful candidate will need to be confident assisting with the day-to-day running of the site, as well as being hands-on and willing to get involved with snagging works when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager
• Must hold a valid SSSTS
• Must hold a Gold CSCS card
• Willing to assist with snagging and finishing works
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Experience with paintwork touch-ups
• Experience using sealant and carrying out minor finishing works
• Good understanding of site health & safety
• Reliable and hardworking
• Available to start ASAP
