Lead M&E Project Manager – Residential (Mechanical Focus)

James Lewis Recruitment is seeking a mechanically biased M&E Project Manager to take ownership of a larger residential scheme in Hackney, London. The role focuses on delivering M&E on a major residential project with strong emphasis on mechanical delivery and interface management.

You’ll oversee mechanical and electrical packages, work with site teams, consultants, clients and internal management to keep information, programme, quality and reporting on track for a successful handover.
