Senior Cost Manager for Major Projects

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Consultant to join our UK team in London. You will manage aspects of quantity surveying, produce cost estimates, and oversee tender processes on NEC4 two-stage procurement.

You’ll build client relationships, monitor budgets, and support junior team members while ensuring value engineering and on-budget delivery across large-scale projects. BPSS/SC security clearance may be required.
