Senior Commercial QS – Rail & Infrastructure Lead

Smart 4 EPC is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial and cost management across multiple civils packages on a major London station modernisation and infrastructure programme. You will own the commercial strategy, lead a QS team, and manage cost for utilities, structural, civils, and fit-out scopes.

You will partner with project controls, design teams, and senior stakeholders to drive value, manage risk, and deliver commercial outcomes on a multi‑billion‑pound programme.
