Senior Project & Contracts Manager – Housing & Main Works

ITS Construction Professionals are recruiting for a Project Manager / Contracts Manager on behalf of a well-established contractor based in Brierley Hill. You will oversee 2-3 live projects across the Midlands, managing site teams to ensure safety, timing and budget adherence.

The role requires experience in residential housing and/or main contracting, with strong planning, budgeting and leadership skills. A full UK driving licence is essential as travel between sites is required.
