Hybrid Head of Operational Finance – Strategic Leader

The INKEY List is looking for a Head of Operational Finance to lead financial controls, planning and reporting across markets from its Nottingham base. You will partner with the CFO and senior stakeholders to drive efficiency, automation and business performance, while building a strong, collaborative finance function.

You will oversee month-end close, balance sheet integrity, audits and treasury, and champion smarter processes and systems with a focus on growth and risk management.
