Our client, a fast-growing start-up healthcare AI company, is looking for a Technical Healthcare Implementation Specialist to bring AI voice agents to life for physician practices, so patients get answers in seconds instead of waiting on hold. This is an opportunity to help fix the front door of healthcare while shaping a faster, smarter onboarding process at a company that is scaling quickly.

Compensation
- Up to $110,000, depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage multiple concurrent practice implementations from kickoff to go-live
- Configure AI voice agents around each practice’s front-office workflows
- Coordinate EHR/PM and telephony integrations with Engineering
- Help cut time-to-live from 90 days toward 30
- Keep practices informed with weekly status updates
- Ensure every go-live passes QA before launch
- Hand off smoothly to Support and Account Management
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Both healthcare and technology start-up experience
- B2B SaaS implementation experience managing concurrent, integration-heavy projects
- Comfort working with engineers on integrations, APIs, and workflow automation
- Proficiency using AI tools to automate onboarding
- Willingness to work onsite in Birmingham, AL
- EHR/PM integration or voice AI/telephony experience is a plus
