People Lead – Hospitality & Culture Champion

Hiddenwell is seeking a seasoned People Lead to shape the people agenda at Ardencote, working with Central Support and travelling between Ardencote Manor and Moreton-in-Marsh to support our people and business priorities.

You will blend strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across employee relations, performance, talent development, engagement and change, mentoring a People Advisor, and aligning local needs with Hiddenwell’s growing hospitality groups.
