Senior Delivery Lead – Financial Services

Senior Delivery Lead / Outside IR35/ Hybrid (60% onsite in Yorkshire) / 6 month Contract

I’m looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to support a transformation programme within a UK building society’s savings business. You’ll help improve day-to-day processesand optimise operations across branches, contact centres, back-office teams acrossmultiple business units.

You’ll coordinate multiple squad leads and work closely with the client’s programme leads. Coaching the internal change team is a key part of the role, alongside strengthening delivery plans and helping senior stakeholders turn process improvements into measurable business benefits.

Essential Experience

• A track record of leading comparable transformation or process improvement programmes in financial services.
• Hands-on delivery leadership, strong stakeholder management and experience coaching change teams.
• Savings or building society experience would be particularly useful, as would experience converting time savings into realised FTE or financial benefits.
