Job Description:
Indra Group UK & Ireland is seeking an ITSM Consultant to support the analysis, design, implementation and deployment of BMC Helix ITSM within TfL’s long-term ticketing project. You will assess existing ITSM platforms, document configurations and requirements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define the target solution.
The role requires hands-on BMC Helix ITSM delivery, strong change and incident management knowledge, and proven experience with migrations.
