Senior Performance Creative — AI-Powered Ad Maker

Amber is building a UK-based two-person performance creative team. You’ll be the creative half, turning performance data into static and video ads for Meta and Google, working with the partner marketing team and Australia’s studio to ship fast, test and optimize.

This senior role demands a history of shipping hundreds of ads over 5+ years, hands-on across video and static, and fluency with AI tools. Based in the UK, you can work hybrid or from a London office.
