Senior Highways NEC4 Contract Manager

4Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Highways Contract Manager to lead NEC4 contract management across major highways maintenance contracts valued between GBP30m and GBP50m per annum. This is a senior role on a 6-month contract in Oxfordshire with a hybrid pattern (2–3 days in the office, Tuesdays mandatory).

The successful candidate will act as NEC Service Manager, drive value for money, manage budgets, and guide internal and external teams.
