Contracts Manager: Lead Preconstruction to Handover

Rogers McHugh in Central London is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through handover. You will chair cross‑disciplinary teams, manage Buildability, cost and programme, and maintain key client and consultant relationships.

You will drive design development under JCT Design and Build, apply PCSA processes, monitor budgets and risks, and ensure compliance with Building Safety Regulator requirements while delivering safe, on‑time projects.
