Senior HSE Manager — Manufacturing Site Leader

Executive Network Group is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead a high‑risk site in Aston, Birmingham. You will drive health and safety culture from the front, with a hands-on leadership approach and a focus on zero harm and accountability.

You will report to the Plant Director in a matrix structure and work closely with a European HSE Manager and the US parent company, handling ENV, emergency management, CAPEX, and fire risk strategies.
