Senior Major Projects Estimator – 33kV & HV Infra

Rullion is seeking a Major Projects Estimator to deliver accurate, commercially competitive tenders for high‑voltage infrastructure projects in the UK. You will manage the tender from enquiry to submission, producing BOQs and detailed cost plans for 33kV schemes and civil works.

Essential experience includes 3–4 years as an estimator in utilities or civil engineering, interpreting drawings, preparing BOQs and cost submissions, and managing procurement risks.
