Responsibilities
- Manage contentious construction matters across defects, payment, loss and expense, procurement, insurance, and TCC
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver client-focused dispute resolution
- Support seniorers with case strategy and progression for construction arbitrations and litigation
Key requirements
- 5+ PQE
- England & Wales qualified solicitor
- At least 5 years contentious construction experience in a UK law firm
