Lead AI Platform Engineer — Shape Core AI Stack

The Financial Conduct Authority is seeking a hands‑on Technical Lead to build and own the AI Platform core capabilities, including retrieval, memory, agent orchestration, model access, evaluation and observability. You’ll set technical vision, standards and quality benchmarks while delivering from ground up with an emphasis on security, scalability and governance.
