Senior Contracts Manager – Residential Housebuilding Lead

Reinforced Recruitment LTD is seeking an ambitious Contracts Manager to lead traditional build housing developments across Northamptonshire and surrounding areas. You will oversee 3–4 sites, working with Site Managers and cross-functional teams to drive programme, quality and safety at scale.

The ideal candidate has a strong volume housebuilding background, delivering 60–150 units annually, with a proven track record of high-performing developments and leadership.
