Overview
In this role, you design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across complex client engagements, guiding technical delivery and integrating AI into workflows. You will work with customers to translate requirements into designs, lead workshops, and provide hands-on leadership across configuration and integrations. The position blends consulting with hands-on delivery, shaping future-state solutions and best practices. You operate in a hybrid environment, driving outcomes within cross-functional teams and client programs.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions following platform best practices
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories and designs
- Lead customer workshops covering current and future-state processes
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across ServiceNow configuration and integrations
- Review and validate technical deliverables, testing and documentation
- Guide customers through technical decisions and platform best practices
- Integrate AI capabilities into workflows and solutions
- Lead smaller projects and mentor Technical and Associate Technical Consultants
- Support delivery reporting on risks, actions and engagement progress
Key requirements
- Strong ServiceNow Professional Services or consulting experience
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions
- Understanding of ServiceNow configuration, workflows and integrations
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Customer-facing workshop and stakeholder management experience
- Experience reviewing technical configuration, integrations, testing and documentation
- Experience incorporating AI into workflows or business processes
- Ability to independently lead technical delivery and resolve complex issues
- Experience mentoring or supporting other ServiceNow consultants
