Compassionate Care Worker – Independence & Community

Thurrock Council is seeking a Care Worker (Independence Support) to join the Friendship at Home Team in Grays. The role involves delivering companionship and supervision for clients in the community, typically in 3.5-hour sessions across mornings and afternoons.

A full driving licence with business insurance and access to a vehicle is required. You will work within a supportive team and use flexible, hybrid working arrangements where applicable.
